What is Relora

Relora ™ is a combination of plant extracts proven to combat stress and anxiety. Stress has reached epidemic levels and affects almost all of us, untreated it has very real and serious implications.Relora was developed in America, by Next Pharmaceuticals after 18 months of screening more than 50 plant extracts from around the world. The research and development program for Relora involved bioassay-directed fractionation of plants, toxicity testing, and the Chick Social Separation-Stress procedure developed at the University of Mississippi specifically for screening anxiolytic and sedative properties of botanical extracts.

Relora ™ is a proprietary, standardised extract of 2 plant extracts Magnolia officinalis andPhellodenron amurensewhich studies show to be a safe, effective, rapid-acting, non-sedatingsupplement, which promotes relaxation, calm and a feeling of well-being.
The plant extracts in Relora bind to several important targets associated with anxiety that are located in the central nervous system. It does not bind to the benzodiazepine receptors that would cause sedation, the way that Valium and Prozac do, yet has the relaxing qualities as the benzodiazepine class of drugs.

Who Needs Relora

Relora™ for the management of anxiety, stress and panic attacks.

For most of us stress and anxiety has become an inescapable part of modern day living.Whatever the cause- a hard day at the office, screaming kids, the commute home, the never ending list of things to do- stress causes very real emotional and physical problems as well as impairing our ability to enjoy life to the full. Untreated the effects of stress can be very serious. Stress & Work Stress & Heart Disease Stress & Smoking
.
It's estimated that up to 14 million U.K. men and women suffer from stress (it's the number one reason for absenteeism at work) and in America, this figure is nearly 50 million. A recent survey suggested that nearly 90% of all visits to GP's surgeries in the U.K. were stress related. About 45 million working days are lost each year through anxiety and stress conditions, with a cost to industry of over £3000 million.
Most importantly stress affects both our physical and emotional health and reduces our ability to live life to the full. The huge amount of stress we all face is increasingly due to the rapidly accelerating pace of social and economic change.
As companies downsize and global competition intensifies, everyone is working longer hours. Technology may have eliminated many tedious, mind-numbing tasks but it has increased workload and the pressure for instant response.Job insecurity and the spectre of unemployment haunts many people. Add events such as divorce, the birth of a child or bereavement, plus the daily pressures of balancing home and work, then its little wonder the figures for stress are so high.

Relora has also proved succesful in helping those people suffering from stress, anxiety and panic attacks, and for people suffering from insomnia.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN YOUR STRESSED

While short periods of stress are OK, more constant periods are damaging to health and performance. Quite simply, our bodies aren't physiological capable of dealing with the pressures of modern day living. That's why stress is regarded as the 'Epidemic of the 21st Century'
The body reacts to stress with a 'flight or fight response' during which, the stress hormone adrenaline is released which causes blood pressure to rise.
Adrenaline also stimulates the release of fatty acids and glucose into the bloodstream ready to fuel the muscles. At the same time, the blood flow to the digestive system is reduced so that a greater supply can be directed towards the muscles, producing the feeling of butterflies in the stomach.

It could be argued that, when it came to dealing with stressful situations, our ancestors had it easy. The threatened caveman could whip out his club, kill his attacker and relieve the feelings of stress. Modern day man has no such release.

THE SIGNS OF STRESS

Stress is nothing new, what is relatively new is our recognition that stress damages both our physical, mental and emotional health. The signs of stress are there to warn us when the burden of stress is becoming to great. Some of the more commom signs of stress included:
Physical effects of stress include: Fatigue Headaches, Bowel problems, High blood pressure, Aches and pains (due to muscle tension),Sweating a Lack of Energyand Insomnia

Mental effects of stress include: A reduction in concentration, A reduced ability to apply new information, Lower levels of creativity

Emotional effects of stress include: Depression, Anxiety, Fear /panic attacks, An inability to switch off and relax

Although a certain amount of stress is fine, ongoing stress can seriously damage health and performance.

STRESS MAKES YOU ILL

On one level stress can just make us feel irritable and tense, but it has also been known for some time, that stress can cause very real health problem such as High blood pressure, Stomach ulcers,Heart disease and Strokes

Increased research into the subject of stress and anxiety has identified an ever-growing list of potential health problems including Hypertension, Cancer, Impotence / loss of sex drive, Arthritis, Alcoholism, Various skin disorders STOP PRESS!

It's known that stress creates deficiencies of certain vitamins and minerals- particularly, vitamin C, the 'B' vitamins, magnesium and zinc. Its no coincidence that constantly stressed people have poorer memories and a weaker immune system- catching more colds, flu and infections.

CHILL OUT AND FEEL BETTER FAST
Everybody is potentially vulnerable to stress, quite often it is the very people who believe they perform better under stress who will suffer the most. No one is 'bullet proof', stress is endemic in all our lives.
Relora works quickly, normally within 45 minutes and promotes:

Lost weight and feel happy

I heard about Relora for dealing with stress which I suffer from. I bought it for that which it really helped but over the course of 3 months I lost nearky 3/4 of a stone because the product helped to lower my Cortisol levels which apparently are responsible for weight gain.

It really works what else can I say
