United Kingdom

We currently ship our products by air mail to Royal Mail in the UK. Normal Royal Mail delivery times for your countries postal service apply.

Delivery costs are calculated on the weight and detstination of your order basket based on Royal Mail Standard UK and International rates. 

To calculate your orders delivery costs, view your basket and select the country you wish your order to be shipped to. This will provide you with the estimated Postage & Packing cost for the contents of your basket.

Once you have proceeded through to the checkout and have entered your order and delivery address, the final postage costs will be displayed.

Free UK Delivery Offer

We offer all customers who spend over £40 and have their order delivered to a UK address a free delivery discount.

Please note some products are excluded from this offer - these are where:

  • The individual weight of the product being 500g or over.
    If a product doesn't qualify for the free shipping discount due to the weight then the additional postage cost will be shown accordingly.
  • A Free Postage Discount has already been applied to the product.
    Where a Free Postage Discount applies to an individual product then you will pay no postage for this product regardless of the quantity or value of your shopping basket.

Delivery outside the United Kingdom

Healthmonthly.co.uk will deliver your order to the many locations worldwide, if your country is not listed at the checkout stage then please contact us to check available shipping options.

Checking Order Status

You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:

  • The first confirms that your order has been received (your order confirmation number will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours.
  • The second confirms that your order has been posted (any tracking information will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours following authorisation of your credit card and verification of your information.

Track Packages

Find the delivery tracking number in the e-mail we sent you confirming that your order has been posted. Use that number in our Order Tracking page to check the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours after your package was picked up from our fulfillment center before tracking information appears on the web site.

If your order appears late, remember:

  • Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
  • Overnight orders placed after 12 noon GMT are processed the following day.
  • Overnight delivery only occurs on business days (Mondays through Thursday, excluding holidays).
