United Kingdom

Orders to the United Kingdom are sent via Royal Mail, and take on average 3-5 working days to arrive (excluding bank holidays and weekends).

Orders are usually dispatched within 24 hours (excluding bank holidays and weekends).

Delivery costs are calculated on the weight and destination of your order - based on Royal Mail postage rates.

To calculate the delivery costs for your order, view your basket, and then select the destination country. You will then see an estimated Postage & Packaging cost for the contents of your basket.

Once you have proceeded to checkout, and have entered your full delivery address and personal details, the final postage costs will be displayed.

Please Note: Due to recent changes to Royal Mail postal charges, a flat rate for postage has been set for baskets weighing less than 750g. This means that any additional items added to your basket will only incur a minimal postage increase.

HealthMonthly.co.uk will deliver your order to many locations worldwide, if your country is not listed at the checkout stage, please contact us to check available shipping options.

Please note we do not send to PO Boxes.

Checking Order Status

You will receive two e-mails after you have placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:

  • The first confirms that your order has been received (your order confirmation number will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours.
  • The second confirms that your order has been posted (any tracking information will be included); this e-mail should arrive within approximately 24 hours following authorisation of your credit card and verification of your information.
