Soy Lecithin is fatlike substance and it is extracted from soya beans. This substance is essential key building block of cell membranes. Lecithin is composed mostly of B vitamins phosporic acid choline linoleic acid and inositol. Lecithin works as a fat emulsifier and mobiliser of fats in liver tissue.

It is also known as a 'brain food' as it provides these nutrients that provides oxidation to nervous system necessary for high concentration levels in the brain.

It may as part of a controlled diet play a part in supporting healthy cholesterol levels. Recommended with Fish Oils or Flaxseed Oil (Omega 3) and Multi Vitamin.
