How Zotrim works:

Presentation and how to use

Zotrim is presented in two handy pocket containers of 90 tablets each (up to 30 days supply). Take 2-3 tablets with a full glass of water or cold drink a few minutes before meals. We recommend you start with 2 tablets before meals and increase to 3 tablets from the second week onwards. Maximum 9 tablets daily. Aim to reduce the portion size for each meal.

How long to take Zotrim

A healthy rate of weight loss is between 1 and 2 lbs (half to one kilo) per week. If you notice you have begun to put on weight again you can start taking Zotrim again until you feel you are back in control.
