1. Prep:
- Exfoliate 24 hours before tanning.
- Wax 48 hours before.
- Shave 24 hours before.
- Make sure you apply moisturiser onto problem areas, i.e hands, feet, knees, elbows, wrists and the heels of the hands.
2. Application:
- Use protective gloves or wash hands immediately after applying the self-tan spray.
- For a perfect looking self-tan, ensure the spray is applied evenly.
- Cover feet with a towel, this will prevent over spraying.
- Cover hair with a towel.
- Start from the top of the body and work down, leaving the hands and feet till last.
- Clean nails and eyebrows with a damp cloth after spraying.
3. After Care:
- After applying the self-tan, use a mitt to buff around the feet and wrists, making sure they look perfect.
You should leave the tan on for at least 8 hours but for best results we recommend you sleep with the tan on.
- Do not wash your hands for 8 hours, otherwise you will have brown arms and white hands, not a good look.
- After washing, ensure you moisturise your body. It is important to do this every day, as it will make the tan last longer and stop it from breaking up.
- After 3 days, exfoliate to make sure the tan fades evenly.
