Some orders may be dispatched from the United States or outside the European Union to fulfil orders faster when UK stocks run low.

Orders may be split into separate parcels and dispatched from multiple locations.
All items are dispatched via standard delivery. Please note that we do not offer a tracked service from outside the UK at this time.

Delivery Update: Delays Expected

Due to Covid-19 disruptions, deliveries will take longer than usual. Phone lines & live chat have been temporarily disabled to prioritise email support.

Recently some customers have experienced a delay in their items arriving due to the additional safety protocols implemented by our warehouses and postal services to prevent the spread of COVID-19. This means that some items are now arriving after the delivery estimate provided on order confirmation emails and account pages.

Increased demand for health products, reduced warehouse staff availability (due to illness or self-isolation) and extended postal processing / transit times have culminated in an overall increase in delivery times.

We have tried to include Covid-19 delays into our delivery estimates and information below where they’re known, but delivery dates may vary due to those provided because of local postal operations which are out of our control.

Most customers find their items arrive within a week after the delivery estimate, so if your item has not arrived by the expected date, we ask that you remain patient and allow an additional 5 to 10 working days for the items to arrive.

United Kingdom

Orders are usually dispatched from the warehouse within 1-2 working days (excluding bank holidays & weekends).

Items are considered lost in the post 10 working days after the delivery estimate displayed on your order status emails and order history. Most items to the UK arrive within approximately 8-20 working days. As our stock is located in multiple locations, the delivery estimate will be displayed under each item on the checkout page (prior to payment) and will be confirmed in the order dispatched email. Please note: The delivery estimates do not include bank holidays or public holidays and currently include Covid-19 delays where known, but may vary due to local postal operations.

If your item has not arrived in the expected delivery time we recommend you check with your local sorting office before contacting us.

Europe

We deliver to many European locations. If your country is not listed at the checkout stage please contact us to check available shipping options.

Shipping Restrictions

We are unable to deliver to DENMARK, FINLAND or JERSEY (Channel Islands) at this time. Any orders for these countries will be cancelled and refunded.

We do not deliver to hotels, schools, universities or colleges. Orders to these locations will be cancelled and refunded if an alternative address cannot be supplied.

Country Restrictions

Whilst we endeavour to provide a wide selection of products there are rules and regulations in place for certain product ingredients, which will affect where these can be shipped to. Due to specific product legislation in each country we may block, or cancel and refund orders before being shipped out.
