Amla Radiant Face Mask: You'll need 2 tsp of fresh mashed avocado, 1 cup of hot (not boiling) water and 2 tsp of Amla powder.

Mix a little water with Amla Powder until it forms a wet paste with the consistency of yoghurt (not too runny), and then mix in the avocado. With damp skin, gently rub the face mask in with small circular motions avoiding the eye area. Relax for 20 to 30 minutes before washing it off with warm water, follow by applying a good moisturiser.

Golden Greens Fact: According to Ayurveda, Amla brings balance to both the mind and body, and is the key ingredient of Ayurveda's most prized herbal medicine, called Chyawanprash.
