Setting up an Account

Existing HealthMonthly.co.uk account holders are able to access their account details by entering their email address and password on the Login Page.

We store your address and contact details on file, but do not store credit card details.

New HealthMonthly.co.uk customers can register their details on the Customer Registration page .

Each time you proceed to the checkout and login, the system will automatically populate your details. You are able to add a new delivery address or change your existing delivery address at this stage.

Placing an Order

Ordering online at HealthMonthly.co.uk is as easy as 1, 2, 3:

  1. First, browse through our catalogue or search by product name using the search box at the top of the site. (For example; by typing in the search term "Vitamin C", the list of results will include all Vitamin C products.)
  2. Once you have found the product you are looking for, simply click on the item for more details and to view a larger image of the product.
  3. Finally, select the item(s) you would like to add to your shopping basket, before proceeding to check out.

That's it! It's that easy.

Discount Codes

Codes must be entered at checkout to redeem discount. Unfortunately we cannot amend orders to add the discount after they've been placed. Please note that only one code can be used per transaction. Multiple codes cannot be applied to your purchase.

Canceling My Order

Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order. We are unable to cancel an order once it has been posted. Please review our Delivery Information and Returns & Refunds to resolve your request.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards including Switch, Maestro, Visa, MasterCard and Delta. We also accept paypal payments. If, for any reason, Health Monthly cannot process your credit card we will notify you by email within 24 hours.

Product Availability

Most orders are dispatched within one working day. If on the rare occasion an item is out of stock, we will dispatch the in-stock items first and any remaining out-of-stock items will be dispatched on the same day they are received back in our warehouse.
